If so, Amazon Fashion is seeking a talented Sr Product Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Fashion Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to think strategically and creatively to build the CX strategy in Amazon Fashion. You will be responsible for leading the CX vision, including influencing key product features, work with central teams (Search, IDQ, Personalization, Fit, Detail Page, RCX) defining the experience, working cross-functionally across Emerging MPs stakeholders. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
A successful candidate must be able to work at an strategic level (using customer behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). This candidate will possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.
Responsibilities will include:
-Own CX and IDQ roadmap for Amazon Fashion.
-Lead IDQ initatives for Emerging MPs.
-Catalog SMEship for Emerging MPs
-Lead the OP1 IDQ Intake for Emerging MPs (11 intakes with WW fashion central teams).
-Own all work streams across multiple cross functional teams (RO&I, RBS, VM and 3P team) needed to amplify marketing and CX efforts, including roadmap prioritization and other critical marketing channels like Paid and Organic Social, Display, and Email.
-Own key product features for our 2024 roadmap.
-Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Bachelor's Degree or certificate of completion of studies required
Fluent in both, English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
