About Sr. Product Manager

  Description

Are you passionate about solving complex customer and business problems at scale? Want to build highly innovative products that propel Amazon's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company? The e-Commerce Services Group at Amazon is an agile team whose charter is to deliver the next generation of e-Commerce solutions.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Product Manager. In this role, you will lead Amazon's products that model transportation and regional capabilities of all items, offers, sellers, and destinations accurately, authoritatively, and completely for all Amazon marketplaces. The product vision is to exponentially simplify the ability for Amazon businesses and its partners to build regionally-contextual initiatives and to enable a customer experience that allows for a seamless shopping experience, from product discovery to purchase, based on their location, program eligibility, and delivery options.

You will leverage your deep product management expertise to work backwards from customer scenarios and identify the right opportunities to help us accelerate at scale, and innovate faster for our customers. If you have a passion for innovation, for thinking big to tackle ambiguous problems, for solving some of the biggest technical challenges in the industry, and for building elegant products that delight our customers, we need you!

  Key job responsibilities

Your product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria. You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules. You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities, and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships. You independently represent your products and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders.

Product management at Amazon is inherently cross-functional. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data. You will work closely with business teams, leaders, and program managers in an agile development environment to launch new features, deliver new experiences to customers, and oversee product operations.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
