　　The successful candidate will be well organized and data-driven, showing strong initiative and ability to lead in fast-paced and constantly changing environments. This role will be part of the Product & Industries team and own the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of IaaS and PaaS deployment models and services on OCI specifically focused on sovereignty.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　· 8 years of product ownership or related experience.

　　· Subject matter expert on data sovereignty policy and laws in the European Union and its member states.

　　· Proven ability to plan and drive successful releases of entire products that contain significant scope.

　　· Demonstrated experience engaging with customers and data to develop and influence product roadmap.

　　· Possesses executive presentation skills. Can present to executive level audiences and concisely articulate ideas and influence decisions and key audiences.

　　· Experience identifying and mitigating risks across a set of systems, particularly at the intersection of business and engineering.

　　· Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or technical field, or equivalent experience.

　　· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels including the executive level.

　　· Ability to operate fully independently and act as leader on team who establishes and shares best practices and mentors peers to develop team culture.

　　· Ability to take ownership amid ambiguity and uncertainty to drive results in cross-organizational environments.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　· 10+ years of product ownership or related experience.

　　· Subject matter expert on data sovereignty policy and laws in the European Union and other geographical regions and countries.

　　· Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure IaaS & PaaS services, such as Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking.

　　· Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.

　　· Experience using agile development practices and associated tooling.

　　· Demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.

　　Responsibilities

　　Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

　　· Being a thought leader in sovereign regulatory practices and trends in the European Union.

　　· Building and owning the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of IaaS and PaaS deployment models and services on OCI specifically focused on sovereignty.

　　· Working with industry vertical executive leaders, global business units, and technical advisors to identify and analyze sovereignty trends and data that influences OCI’s strategic sovereign cloud approach.

　　· Defining critical product scope and plans and driving cross-Oracle execution.

　　· Working independently on exceptionally complex, critical sovereignty products that spans OCI’s IaaS and PaaS services, and interoperability with SaaS services, that affect long-term business goals while effectively documenting and communicating plans to stakeholders.

　　· Translating customer sovereignty needs into cloud products and services.

　　· Driving product roadmaps based on metrics and data analysis and mitigating critical product risks.

　　· Improving the Product & Industries team by serving as a role model for sovereign product ownership, strategic vision, mentoring, and team culture.
