JP Hardlines consists of product categories ranging from ballpoint pens to refrigerators and offers optimal buying experience to fit every customer needs. High consideration products such as smartphones, PC, refrigerators, or home furniture require not only the ease of "1-click to buy" experience but also quality installation service or post-purchase assurance.
We are seeking a highly motivated, seasoned Sr. Product Manager (PdM) who is responsible for managing the growth and evolution of our chartered Customer Experience (CX) for Heavy Bulky (HB) products and Services while ensuring key performance metrics. The PdM will build strong forward-looking strategy across all channels on Amazon, collaborate with global product team (tech and non-tech), and drive internal stakeholders across multiple organizations.
The role is both strategic and operational, and requires someone who can think big while diving into the details to execute flawlessly. This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product lifecycle and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. Lastly, the candidate has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key job responsibilities
Identity customer pain points and business opportunity by deep diving into anecdotes and key metrics.
Develop product roadmap by making high-stake prioritization to materialize the long-term vision.
Lead product development with global partners to innvoate the CX throughout the shopping journey.
Drive internal and external stakeholders across multiple organization with passion and data
Provide insights based on key metrics, historical data, postmortem and trend reporting. Collect and prove customer data to unlock differentiated insights.
Own reporting of key product metrics to the senior leadership and broader organization.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Business level of English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Master's degree or equivalent
