  OVERVIEW Are you passionate about digital content? If so, General Mills is looking for a Sr. Planner, Multi-Channel Content Planning to join our team! In this key role, you will lead social, email, site/app content planning, execution, and measurement for General Mills' top brands. You will guide agency relationships to lead content planning - all while collaborating with extended teams to ensure consistency across digital consumer touch points. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, content, and curious about the ever-changing digital landscape and how to best unlock it through evolving capabilities and technology. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead planning and activation of digital content across social, email, site/app, & influencer; acting as content expert and champion of consumer facing communications. Bring content plans to life, ensuring flawless multi-channel execution, inclusive of copywriting, editing, publishing & quality control over all delivered content. Optimize content plans, with an agile mindset, based on trends, performance learnings, and industry best practice. Collaborate with internal technical teams, internal kitchens teams & external agency teams throughout the process; navigating and advocating a matrixed organization to bring content to life. Ensure content is optimized for target users, platforms, channels, and technologies; creative content meets the unique requirements of a target audience, social media platform, and/or mobile viewing experience. Understand and lead our knowledge of current digital trends, formats user experience standards and digital media KPIs, along with the tools and techniques for online experience development . Develop creative content in support of A/B and multivariate testing of placements, messages, and user experiences. Review, interpret and apply web analytics and/or testing results into actionable improvements to design elements, messaging, and user experiences. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations 3-5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in full service, media, digital, and/or consulting agency Spanish language spoken & written fluency Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables Strong collaboration skills with fellow designers, developers, and cross-functional partners Flexible, curious thinker open to trying new things, changing designs based upon data-driven insights and test results External orientation and familiarity with content trends and best practices Ability to effectively evaluate content and creative output from internal and external partners Working knowledge of measurement, attribution, trafficking, & budget management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suite - specifically Email Studio Working knowledge of Social Publishing tools Working knowledge of Google Analytics Experience guiding Influencer partnerships Salary Range The salary range for this position is $67300.00 - $112400.00 / Annually.
