　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　Provides Physical Therapy services under the guidelines set by the practice Act of TBPTE.Serves as a patient advocate assuring the delivery of services. Meet legal, ethical, and institutional standards while adhering to the mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures of the department and organization.

　　REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

　　Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas.

　　Senior Physical Therapist Assistant

　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　Provides physical therapy services under the guidelines set by the Practice Act of the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Advisors Serves as a patient advocate assuring the delivery of physical therapy meets legal, ethical and institutional standards while adhering to the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of the department and the organization.

　　REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

　　Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accreditedprogram. Licensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas. 5 years related experience.
