　　Our client is a major player in the PCB Manufacturing industry and is in need of a Sr PCB Process Engineer that is open to relocating to the Chicagoland area.

　　Must Haves:

　　(4) Year Degree in Engineering, or equivalent work experience & education.

　　5+ Years of Process Engineering experience

　　Must come from PCB Manufacturing Industry

　　Demonstrated experience working hands-on with manufacturing process

　　Experience managing multiple projects at the same time

　　Job Description:

　　Offer technical support to manufacturing whenever necessary.

　　Undertake and oversee projects, ensuring the achievement of realistic goals set by the Process Engineering Manager. This role is hands-on, involving the physical operation of equipment and collaboration with Production personnel at all levels.

　　Create and document chemical process controls as needed to guarantee product quality, under the guidance of the GM and Director of Manufacturing.

　　Establish test methods, conduct evaluations, and analyze results to assess current and future technologies, products, and services.

　　Carry out assigned tasks and implement processes and procedures as directed by management.

　　Provide technical expertise and informed judgment in handling discrepant material or product.

　　Monitor and evaluate the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of established processes.
