NACF PLEX is vigorously innovating in a number of areas aimed at propelling our customers' experience by ensuring that we have robust plans in North America Operations and beyond for optimal execution.Within PLEX, the Transformation org is hiring a Sr NACF Business Analyst who will spearhead the management of reporting, process automation and modelling initiatives across PLEX and NACF corporate and field initiatives. In this role, you will own analytics and intelligence models-based on support from our very own PLEX tech team.Key job responsibilitiesYou will closely partner with Executive Leadership, Business Leaders, Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Product/Program Managers and internal users/customers to develop and manage business-critical solutions.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA- 5+ years of business or financial analysis, product costing, procurement, or a quantitative role experience- 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights- Experience with Excel- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- MBA- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycleOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
