Job Summary: Perform microelectronics assembly tasks enabling the production and development of cutting-edge RF components and systems. Job Responsibilities: * Performing a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. * Preparing assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and following specifications * Populating printed circuit boards (PCBs) from Work Instructions and Assembly Drawings / Bills of Material * Assembling components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and sub-assemblies * Assembling PCBs into housings using wire bonding and die attach. * Cleaning PCBs and assemblies throughout process and after completion * Meeting/exceeding production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards * Maintaining logs and paperwork and forms accurately consistent with company policy and practices * Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Soldering experience with surface mount technology, components as small as 0201 and lead/pin pitches as small as 0.4mm. * Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity * Ability to work under a microscope for long-period of time * 5(+) years related experience * Must be detail oriented and able to multitask * Must be able work in a fast paced, team orientated environment * Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with RF/Microwave assemblies * IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 qualifications "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
