You will lead a team of Strategic Supply Chain Managers to define and execute a Supply Chain Roadmap with several of our largest and most strategic brands in the Automotive and Tires parts and accessories categories. You will collaborate with a team of Product, Vendor and Customer Service Managers to drive process improvements for the vendors with a goal of maximizing product availability and operational excellence. In this critical role, you are going to help redefine Supply Chain to align it with Amazon procurement systems and to bring collaboration with strategic vendors to a next level.The successful candidate must be able to build and inspire a high performing team. They must be highly organized, self-starting, and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They must have proven successes in cost out operational initiatives and demonstrate passion for the customer experience.
