Across Sales & Marketing teams, we will leverage GenAI, Data and Machine Learning to identify the next best action, create tailored messaging to address specific client problems, provide real time support with relevant content and context and hyper personalize our outreaches so that clients receive the most relevant and latest information about solutions that can help them overcome very specific challenges and grow their business. In this role, you will support engineers and ensure the reliability and scale of products used by ADP's Sales and Marketing teams.

　　Every day you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced data & analytics projects that stiches together the end-to-end customer journey, help uncover buying patterns and identify the next best action. You'll work with your team to build, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making. You'll code with data engineering & machine learning tools like Python, SQL, and Scala to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that answer specific questions and then use Tableau for data visualization.

　　To thrive in this career, you should be able to understand data contracts, model data for advanced analytics and the ability to optimize data storage while implementing strategies for query performance and cost. You'll need to have some formal education in quantitative analytics and know design patterns and data structures. You will coach and mentor junior data engineers across the globe with different strengths to solve various problems. 　　WHAT YOU'LL DO:

　　Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

　　Advanced Data & Machine Learning Engineering. Work with Data Scientists, Application Engineers, Cloud/Infra Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver data driven AI solutions to specific applications across ADP.

　　Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement data pipelines and analytical solutions. You will also monitor data pipelines and data quality to ensure analytics/model reliability and trust

　　Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations.

　　Collaboration and Communication. You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.

　　Experience. You have 4-6 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

　　TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

　　You'll have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

　　Extensive experience in Python for data engineering and machine learning

　　Knowledge about RDBMS and extensive experience in writing advanced SQL/queries to as part of ETL pipelines

　　Prior experience with data platforms tools like Databricks

　　Distributed computing tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark

　　Familiar with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins

　　Knowledge about cloud platform like AWS, GCP, etc, AWS Preferred

　　Code Version Control System like Git, Bitbucket, etc

　　Nice to have:

　　Experience visualizing data with Tableau

　　Working experience with popular ML library/tools like Pytorch, Tensorfow, Sklearn, etc

　　Knowledge of machine learning algorithms like regression, neural network, deep learning, xgboost, etc

　　Familiar with docker container and container service like AWS ECS, AWS EKS, Kubunete

　　Prior experience building machine learning system including model training ,model inference, model monitoring, etc

　　Experience of popular ETL such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Salesforce Data Cloud/Snaplogic and/or Stitch.

　　Familiar with Sales & Marketing domain
