  Department Overview

  The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting position, working with credit card data/partnership programs, is responsible for reporting and/or BI for a key business/function in the creation of new reports and data extracts. Contributes to the design/direction of key strategic BI related projects/initiatives to ensure critical data and reporting elements are included and all business needs are met. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop solutions for team's data challenges and delivers on data and reporting requirements.

  The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting position works with credit card data for partnership programs and is an individual contributor role, therefore will not have direct reports. This is a Hybrid position and will work 2 days per week remote and 3 days per week in office. The candidate selected for this role will work in office 3 days per week and must be within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: 1313 North Market Street, Wilmington, DE 13531 E. Caley Avenue, Centennial, CO

  The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting leads a specialized team of professionals varying in size and complexity that are responsible for reporting and/or BI for a key business/function in the creation of new reports and data extracts. Contributes to the design/direction of key strategic BI related projects/initiatives to ensure critical data and reporting elements are included and all business needs are met.

  Job RequirementsProvides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required Oversees and leads a large and/or highly complex, and diverse reporting function for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope Strategic partner to leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials, with deep industry, external / internal, enterprise knowledge, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends and; identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities with other business management / enterprise areas Facilitates key strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience (output may include strategic roadmap and/or deliverables/ frameworks/ short to long term goals etc.) Sets operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goals Focus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 12 months or greater)

  QualificationsUndergraduate degree or technical certificate 10 + years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background Experience working with Credit Card data/Partnership Programs preferred Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a variety of PC based analytical and reporting software packages SAS experience preferred Expert knowledge of Business Intelligence & Reporting and the tools and technologies used Strong analytical and program solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions Excellent written and verbal communications skills Proven ability to manage a team of professional analyst Prior leadership experience or progressively responsible Department/Bank experience Ability to coach and mentor others Ability to provide conflict resolution Strong ability to successfully balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
