About Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager, Global Campaigns, AI & Machine Learning

  Description

  Experienced, self-directed Senior Campaign Manager and leader sought to drive strategy and development for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Campaigns for AWS AI and Machine Learning services, with specific focus on generative AI.

  The Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, reporting and optimization of global campaigns, working with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Segment Marketing, Executive Programs, and more, as well as external agencies and third-party content developers and publications.

  The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase product adoption, and expand awareness of AWS solutions.

  Key job responsibilities

  Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key AWS priority solution themes and topics that are designed to generate leads for AWS Sales teams globally.

  Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.

  Create optimized programs to generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments.

  Utilize customer buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs.

  Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.

  Develop rich, bar-raising content designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts.

  Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).

  Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.

  Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Tableau and Adobe Analytics to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making focused on campaign optimization.

  Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.

  Travel Required: 15%, including occasional international.

  A day in the life

  During campaign development you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners, including Product, Field, Brand, and Segment Marketing teams, as well as agencies, to develop campaign strategy and supporting content. You will then work in close collaboration with Digital, Field, and Paid Media marketing teams to activate and launch the campaign. Post launch, you will track campaign results and report weekly and monthly performance to key stakeholders. You will highlight performance against goals, identify risks, challenges, and areas of opportunity, as well as campaign optimizations to be implemented based on insights garnered from data.

  About the team

  In collaboration with key partners, including Geo Field Marketing, Public Sector Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Sales, Training & Certification, Partner Marketing and more, the Global Campaigns organization develops programs to promote AWS priority solution themes and services. The lead generation, adoption, and engagement campaigns are developed centrally and deployed globally in partnership with Geo Field Marketing.

  Basic Qualifications

  7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

  Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

  Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services

  Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation

  Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
