　　Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Industrial Automation/HPS Life Science (LS). You will be the Sr MES Engineer reporting into the Global Solution Center Life Science (GSC LS) and be the primary focal point of MES implementation in North America. You will be responsible for MES consulting, project/program implementation, cost, schedule and handling of technical issues.

　　You will lead prioritization of MES work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall MES program performance.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　• Solution Consulting/Requirement Engineering for MES applications.

　　• Skills and Competencies Management of MES GSC team.

　　• agile project execution- you implement projects on time and within budget, and you design, develop, install, and commission industrial IT/OT solutions including after-market support.

　　• Maintain MES Engineering Capacity plan.

　　• Determine system/product improvement.

　　• Support the Honeywell’s LS Strategy for growth on MES.

　　• Support the LS GSC strategy.

　　• identifying Trends and addresses Barriers.

　　YOU MUST HAVE:

　　•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

　　•5+ years of Life Science Domain Knowledge with a solid understanding of cGMP validation requirement / guidelines and current industry practice

　　•5+ years of experience in MES applications for Life Sciences manufacturing industry (pharma) and handling Manufacturing Execution System & integration with other systems / packages

　　WE VALUE:

　　•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation, IT or Process Engineering

　　•Have experience with technical consultant experience.

　　•Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: Biotech, API, BMS, QBMS, EMS, FDA, IQ, OQ, PQ, Validation, EBR, MES, DCS, Batch Control, SCADA, PLC, MCC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security.

　　•Have a practical understanding & implementation of relevant standards including GAMP 5, S88, FDA 21 CFR P11/A11.

　　•Have proven records in MES project execution in the pharmaceutical environment.

　　•In an agile environment, you implement projects on time and within budget, and you design, develop, install, and commission industrial IT/OT solutions including after-market support.

　　•ERP Knowledge on Production, Inventory and Warehouse

　　•Your strong key competencies in MES engineering, Computer Validation, LS Applications, Planning and Scheduling

　　•Your experience in the IT space and desire to take deeper dives into technology.

　　•Your engineering background delivering manufacturing solutions comfortable in the IT and software spaces.

　　•Strong management operating system that facilitates communication

　　•Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers.

　　•Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.

　　•Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.

　　•Business acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the LS industry

　　•Work Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, WEB API, Angular (front end), SQL Server, LDAB and ADFS integration, Middle ware integration, OPC UA, 3rd party API/Service integration, and Azure/AWS platforms.
