Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for an experienced, innovative, and creative Sr. Manager, Product Management to execute on Medium and Heavy-duty Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) product strategy, product vision, and roadmap. This job will require exceptional communication skills and having the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership, and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.The ideal candidate must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive ZEV products forward with minimal guidance. This individual must be able to think strategically and will be proficient at influencing cross-functionally and deliver strong results. This individual must have the ability to dive deep in understanding the product and the competitive landscape and build best-in-class scalable products.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Tempe, AZ, USA- 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience.- Experience communicating with VP-level decision makers.- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.- Experience communicating expectations and requirements with business and technology teams through written proposals.- Develop product strategy aligning with roadmap including defining market opportunity, competitive landscape, and product KPI's.- Bachelor's Degree.- 25+% travel is required for this position.- Master's degree.- 5+ years' experience as a product manager in Medium and Heavy-duty Zero Emission Vehicles.- Experience with Battery Electric Vehicles.- Experience with Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across executives.- Passion for building products at scale with a focus on customer-experience.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and deliver strong results.- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product and the competitive landscape.- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and overcome challenges with a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
