  Position Summary:

  The Senior Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies and tactics to maximize profitability and market share for our Medical Nutrition portfolio. They will lead a team of pricing analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, analyze pricing data, and make informed pricing decisions. The Senior Pricing Manager will also monitor and evaluate pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend pricing adjustments, as necessary. They will stay updated on industry trends and competitive pricing strategies to assure the company remains competitive in the market. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in pricing analysis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate pricing strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Top consideration will be given to local candidates aligned to our corporate offices in Eden Prairie, MN; Hoboken, NJ ; Solon, OH; or Arlington, VA.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across channels including acute care, post-acute care, and e-commerce for the Medical Nutrition portfolio

  Own the pricing process including new product pricing

  Manage team performance, to create a winning culture, and coach & develop direct reports to meet performance and development goals

  Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration

  Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Legal and Compliance, to align pricing strategies with business imperatives

  Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and processes to assure accurate and efficient pricing decisions

  Analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify pricing gaps and opportunities for improvement

  Lead Pricing Approval Committee and facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings, engage participants to assure all views are represented

  Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis

  Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, including pricing elasticity, margin analysis, and price realization

  Provide guidance and support to Sales Team on pricing strategies, discounting policies, and contract negotiations

  Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging pricing technologies, and reimbursement changes that may impact pricing strategies

  Collaborate with Finance to develop pricing forecasts, budgets, and financial models

  Lead team of three Sr. Analysts responsible for supporting pricing analysis and approval processes

  Anticipated travel: 5-10%

  Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, MBA preferred

  Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytic capacity in pricing management, financial analysis, account management and/or a combined mixture of these in a B2B environment

  High degree of knowledge of pricing methodologies, tools, and software

  Proven track record of successfully implementing pricing strategies and driving revenue growth

  Skills:

  Pricing experience in healthcare industry

  Technical, analytical and data management background

  Ability to find and implement simple solutions to complex problems and drive process efficiency

  Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with all levels of the organization

  Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI (or similar reporting tool), MS Access, and PowerPoint

  Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels

  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

  The approximate pay range for this position is $145,000- $190,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
