As the line of business CFO within the HSS GBE portfolio, you will oversee the financial operations of these businesses, ensuring profitability and growth. With an annual revenue of $100mn-$200mn, you will have the opportunity to optimize financial performance across multiple locations and sales verticals.

Partnering with a global General Manager, you drive the diverse organization of Sales, Offering Management, Operations, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Collections. Collaborating closely with the GM, you will develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and growth. Your role will involve leading and managing teams across multiple functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the line(s) of business within the HSS GBE portfolio

Drive profitability and growth through effective financial management

Manage deal financials, pricing, and margins to maintain a competitive position

Serve as the finance leader for new product introduction (NPI)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial success for new product launches

Run the organization of Sales, Offering Management, Operations, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Collections in partnership with the GM

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

Experience in the aerospace, defense, transportation, industrial, or semiconductor industries

Knowledge of global manufacturing operations and distribution channels

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
