　　Overview of Position* *

　　Ensure judges and parole officers know the precise status of their referrals at any point in the process. Help to resolve issues in a quick and timely manner to insure excellent service to the court and client. Responsible for the coordination of services with internal and external resources to facilitate treatment and overcome barriers to treatment for clients. Works in close partnership with clinical team and other staff to ensure best client care and access to treatment. Also provide additional administrative support to same-day access assessments for people with opioid addiction and support for other clinicians and leaders involved in our recovery services.

　　Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities* *

　　Improve Compliance for clients with Judicial orders.

　　Improved access to care to help improve client outcomes and reduce recidivism.

　　Increase referrals from judicial system to our system.

　　Participates in the analysis, evaluation, preparation, implementation, and adherence to program policies and procedures for recovery services.

　　Monitors and reports to program staff the status of all court referred clients as they transition into recovery services.

　　Outreach to managed care coordinators to identify barriers to client success and to gather materials needed to connect clients with services.

　　Acts as the liaison with criminal justice personnel and other referral sources. Is the point of contact for criminal justice personnel.

　　Works closely with program leadership in recovery services to coordinate superior client care and facilitate smooth transitions into and through services.

　　Communicates daily with Director of Recovery Services, residential Office managers, and residential Site Coordinators.

　　Maintains an agency issued cell phone for the purpose of providing a direct connection between various court and criminal justice contacts.

　　Responds quickly (same day) to criminal justice requests and utilizes agency resources to overcome barriers.

　　Ensures appropriate releases were obtained from clients to ensure no communication issues with referring agencies.

　　Daily and weekly client status tracking and record keeping:

　　Maintains status of clients in jail.

　　Maintains status of clients in detox.Maintains status of clients who have completed assessments but are not in residential services yet.

　　Assists any and all active clients or potential clients to overcome barriers to treatment through connection to internal and external resources.

　　Record keeping -- Documenting client interactions, behaviors, and statuses in client charts.

　　Orients clients to the facilities treatment philosophy and programs, including rules and client rights.

　　All other duties as assigned.
