The Payroll Coordinator is expected to performpayroll and various accounting duties. Other responsibilities include,but are not limited to:
Administer time keeping system to ensure employee compliance withcompany policies and state/federal regulations.
Process semimonthly payroll.
Work closely with Human Resources and the Payroll and Benefits Managerto ensure the integrity of employee data.
Assist with various payroll reconciliations and audits.
Oversee payroll taxes, garnishments, liens, and miscellaneous otherstipend payments.
Oversee preparation and process of required payroll reporting andmulti-state tax filings as regulated by various agencies includingannual W-2/1095 filings.
Collaborate with management on payroll software upgrades, problems, oropportunities.
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
Qualifications
Wage range: \$24-\$30/hour
Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll or equivalent role.
Knowledge and understanding of ADP time keeping and payroll softwarepreferred.
Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a workingknowledge of software applications necessary to the position.
