The Senior Manager Market Development and Strategy will be tasked with expanding market awareness of Nuveen Green Capital’s C-PACE lending product and increasing deal flow within major growth markets. The position serves as a key role for the firm’s national expansion by developing key channels to promote interest in C-PACE financing for the CRE market. In addition, this person will help bring Nuveen’s products directly to end-users through creative methods of on-the-ground market development work. This role is critical to designing and executing market leading origination growth, and requires excellent communication skills, willingness and ability to do-connect into new networks and relationships, and ability to navigate complex sets of relationships.

　　Key Responsibilities and Duties

　　Develop and foster relationships with channel partners to increase C-PACE market awareness and generate deal flow

　　Support regional origination teams within Nuveen by supplying high quality leads and partnerships to accelerate growth of originations

　　Master the ability to pitch Nuveen’s C-PACE product to a wide variety of CRE stakeholders

　　Work hand-in-hand with Nuveen’s regional origination teams to craft an effective strategy for increasing originations within their markets

　　Attend events and hold meetings within focus markets constantly, both with regional teams and on one’s own

　　Become knowledgeable in finance, commercial real estate, and energy issues for partners,clients, and a wide audience of stakeholders

　　Educate the banking and debt fund community on C-PACE and assist in deepening and expanding senior lending partnerships.
