The Omnicell Compliance team is hiring a Sr. Manager, Compliance who will be responsible for executing activities related to the development, maintenance of, and evolution of the Omnicell Compliance initiatives to help ensure Omnicell meets compliance and ethical obligations in the international regions when Omnicell operates.
Reporting to Omnicell’s Sr. Director, Compliance and Risk Management the Sr. Manager will be responsible for interpreting, communicating, and implementing compliance requirements and expectations throughout the organization and advising leaders on compliance best practices, along with the implementation of appropriate compliance risk mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities:
Act as expert compliance resource for the organization to implement aspects of its services, advise on compliance issues related to new product offerings.
Maintain understanding of compliance requirements and develop compliance roadmap and strategy.
Develop and implement an effective corporate compliance program, including the policies, procedures and controls required to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Monitor regulations and directives and provide updates on changes that impact Omnicell and its operations.
Develop, update, and implement compliance awareness programs, materials, and training modules designed to increase awareness of existing, new or changing policies, regulations, etc.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas of improvement and develop strategies to effectively mitigate identified compliance risks.
Investigate or support investigations into compliance related reports to alert line or received via other channels.
Support the third-party due diligence process.
Assist in the preparation of presentations to the Audit and Governance Committees and Omnicell leadership.
Assist in the preparation of transfers of value disclosures as required by national transparency legislation.
Interface with government agencies, when needed.
Lead the implementation and sustainability of our Global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management system, targets, objectives, and strategic initiatives designed to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results in the international arena
Schedule and lead all ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 international external and internal audits
Responsible for managing the international incident reporting to regulating bodies. Entry of incidents into the incident management module
Perform other responsibilities, as needed.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Demonstrated organization, facilitation, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to quickly develop trust.
Self-starter, motivated to further develop compliance program in international regions.
Ability to communicate and work with Senior Executives and employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience with primary anti-corruption laws, such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, French Loi Sapin II, and Italian Law 231.
Basic Qualifications:
Law school degree from an accredited law school or equivalent experience
7-10 years of compliance experience, preferably within the healthcare space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient at developing compelling powerpoint presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Compliance certification, such a CHC

Travel 10-25% to meetings within the United States and to international sites (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
