About Sr. Manager - Global SAP Role Security COE

  The Sr. Manager - Global SAP Role Security COE has a unique opportunity to make an impact within Ecolab. Ecolab has implemented SAP in its largest markets and is committed to harmonizing its ERPs by deploying SAP in remaining markets and acquired businesses, as well as upgrade to S4/HANA in the near future. This person will lead deployment work related to SAP role design as well as lead the ongoing governance of global SAP role design and role assignments. This position reports directly to the VP EBS and offers the candidate significant exposure to senior leadership across Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS), other functions, and the business. Location: Ecolab Global Headquarters St Paul, MN or Naperville, IL with a hybrid work schedule. Relocation support may be provided. What You Will Do: Manage a team of SAP role security professionals (including 1 FTE, contractors, co-source partners) Provide project leadership for SAP Role Security COE and other Ecolab stakeholders for role security objectives, coordinated with timelines and objectives of the broader SAP deployment Lead role security implementation for SAP deployments, including role design, security configuration, and access controls, while maintaining a best-in-class global SAP role design Lead ongoing governance of global SAP role security, including review / approve changes to role design, monitor / resolve segregation of duty conflicts, monitor KPIs and lead actions to improve Provide strategic thought leadership to ETS and other stakeholders on role security; stay abreast of industry best practice and consider how it could be applied to Ecolab Provide leadership for role security implications of upcoming S/4 HANA implementation Ensure project teams maintain appropriate documentation of role design, role changes Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in technical area 10 years of overall IT experience Expertise in IT internal controls concepts and practices, such as COBIT, ITIL, COSO Internal Control- Integrated Framework 3 years' experience in SAP with strong understanding of SAP processes, modules, and configurations for ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP GRC and related technologies Ability to effectively lead and manage projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, working within project timelines and budgets, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) in the range of 25% of the time as well as work remotely with stakeholders in various international markets Experience with MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) No immigration sponsorship is available for this position Preferred Qualifications: 2 years leading SAP role security - role design, security configuration, access controls, SOD conflict monitoring and mitigation 1 years managerial experience Deep understanding of SAP access management and role design; experience with well architected role security solutions for large scale organizations, with multiple business units and locations CIA, CPA, CISA, CRISC or other relevant professional designations Familiarity with general Data Privacy Practices Interpersonal skills - Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with ETS, other functions and the business. Adept at persuasion, influence, and conflict resolution.
