　　We have an exciting opportunity in ‘ISO (International Sales) HQ Finance’ Org. ISO HQ Finance team is supporting FP&A (45b Rev), WW eComm ($3b), WW strategic projects and One Lenovo/Channel Org across 3 BGs. We are a small team supporting various initiatives along with our Day-to-Day work. We are looking for a strong candidate with FP&A & GTM background who can support this wide array/spectrum of Finance support to ISO Organization. This person will be part of ISO HQ financial planning organization and work on various strategic and transformational projects. You will report to Director FP&A – for ISO organization. Some of your responsibilities include.

　　Driving various strategic Projects at WW / ISO level. Various Process improvements/harmonization initiatives and other Biz related projects from time to time.

　　Focal for One Lenovo channel Org supporting COO & his direct staff on various One Lenovo Initiatives.

　　Supporting COO/ISO Organization in driving and tracking Strategic Initiatives.

　　As a part of FP&A organization you will be required to perform timely and relevant business analytics and contribute with financial insights to improve business performance and efficiency.

　　Support Financial Forecast, Planning & Actual Closing. Contributing to annual strategic plan and budget development.

　　Partnering will multiple stakeholders including Senior Leadership, GSC, Accounting, Treasury, HR etc

　　Creating presentations on financial and operational performance for Senior executives

　　Standardize Reporting requirements and participate in Digitization/Automation efforts

　　Keep the overall expenses in check and coordinate with Expense team on periodic review process.

　　Partner with Ops team to understand various operational metrics/KPIs impacting P&L

　　Ideal Candidate should:

　　have a strong understanding of Go To Market Finance & operations having past experience of Biz/GTM Finance, FP&A, Expense Control & Project Management.

　　be a Problem solver with ability to drive multiple projects independently with minimal support.

　　have ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.

　　be proactive, confident, and self-motivated individual.

　　have ability to communicate & translate complex issues in a simpler manner to Senior leadership.

　　be a self-starter with an ability to design and built efficient processes.

　　have ability to perform in a start-up environment as Individual Contributor or with a small team or a Matrix Organization

　　be hands-on, positive, pragmatic, flexible and results-driven

　　be Qualified Finance Professional. CPA/MBA (Finance) Preferred

　　have Experience with SAP & EPM Reporting is mandatory.

　　have high degree in Proficiency in Excel/PPT.

　　have 15+ years’ experience in related finance area or equivalent and work in multi-national/global, matrixed organizations preferred
