Job summary
The Sr Manager, Diversity will lead the delivery of the strategic diversity management agenda for the key business unit/s assigned to the role (e.g., Retail, Aetna, Caremark, or Shared services) and play a key role in designing and delivering one or more critical DEIB strategic projects aligned to the Enterprise DEIB strategy. The role involves strategic planning and execution of the DEI road map for the business unit, ensuring alignment to the enterprise strategic diversity management priorities along with business specific needs. The role also has an equally important component of independently leading one or more enterprise-wide Strategic diversity management initiatives.Lead the creation and implementation of the Strategic diversity management road map for the specific business. Develop the business specific road map and outcome metrics based on the enterprise diversity and inclusion strategy. Lead the change management and implementation of enterprise and Business unit specific DEI initiatives.Build relationships with and serve as a resource, advisor and diversity subject matter expert to the business leaders and teams, Centers of Excellence partners and HRBPs.Provide guidance and support to the Business specific Diversity leadership councils/ teams. Helping the teams to develop charters aligned to the Enterprise and business specific initiatives, partner with work stream members to enable execution, provide visibility on available enterprise resources and tools, relevant data, and reports.Leverage Data analytics and external research to build insights, DEIB reporting and monitoring of progress that supports informed decision making and DEIB outcomes.Manage process and operational excellence to ensure delivery of SDM solutions, reporting and program management, ensure effective budget management and timely completion and adherence to internal and external compliance processes.Identify, build, and sustain corporate partnerships with national D&I organizations to support corporate diversity and inclusion projects/plans/initiatives and business strategiesRequired Qualifications:5 + years of experience in DEIB partnering or COE vertical in the US corporate sector.Preferred:Strong understanding and appreciation of DEIB and Talent systems and practicesProficiency in Data analytics, reporting systems to support DEIB insights generation and reporting.Advanced written and verbal communication along with proficiency in relevant tools (min. MS office suite)Strategic partnering skills with proficiency in program management, change management and strategic influencingDEIB functional certificationProject management certificationHealth Care or Retail industry experienceEducation:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 - $170,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
