Through our health services, insurance plans, and community pharmacists we are pioneering a bold new approach to total health. CVS Health Digital aims to transform health and wellness via products that enable consumer engagement and a best-in-class experience. This team is responsible for Aetna's digital strategy and all digital products, as well as the development road map and execution of the roadmap. A key part of this team is to build an integrated platform and underlying products that drive digital as the starting place for our member interactions. CVS Health is taking on a major initiative to redesign and rebuild many of its customer facing digital assets. This effort will include a completely new approach to developing software within Aetna, using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes.

  As a Sr. Manager Digital Product Manager, you will directly impact a large scope of functionality, ensuring members can successfully complete self-service tasks, such as submitting a claim for reimbursement. Your work will directly impact the CVS digital first goals and contribute to an overall reduction in calls for routine inquires. To achieve this, you will be responsible for creating a member self-service digital end to end journey that is easy, transparent, and cohesive.

  Key Dutie will be:

  *Partnering with other product managers/owners, agile managers, and leadership to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.

  *Growing your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.

  *Be the voice & champion of the consumer by driving the growth of the digital platform in a methodical orderly way.

  *Helping drive the team to success by working across groups to drive discussion & engagement, create product vision, Epics, Features & track user stories in using SAFe software development life cycle.

  *Investigate ways, partnerships, technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction.

  *Ensuring internal product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency by communicating through SAFe practice.

  Embrace the continuous Improvement mind set

  Use VOC feedback (qualitative and quantitative) research to improve and expand digital self service capabilities for increase NPS.

  Required Qualifications

  5+ years of digital product management or ownership plus managing significant digital product initiatives.

  5+ years of product management skills such as roadmaps, driving deliverables, partnering with key stake holders, strong technical knowledge of products and systems.

  3+ years of healthcare experience

  Preferred Qualifications

  Managed Health insurance experience

  API experience

  Agile / SAFe experience

  Back-End Server experience

  SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) experience

  Previous Software Engineering or experience working with software engineering teams.

  Education

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $124,372.50 - $247,200.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
