Description

　　We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

　　Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.

　　Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.

　　Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

　　Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

　　Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

　　Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

　　Requirements

　　Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).

　　Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

　　Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus.
