Job Description Your Career
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Planning & Business Operations (InfoSec), you will have the opportunity to transform cyber security awareness as we know it in the largest cyber security company. You will be working with some of the industry leading cyber security leaders on a daily basis to raise the awareness of information security risks and threats and to infuse a security first mindset into all our employees and contractors. You will contribute to creating a culture of security by growing security awareness and making each person a cyber security champion.
Your Impact
Develop and maintain a security education and awareness program that effectively fosters the development of a Security First culture, promotes desired security behaviors, and encourages long term, sustainable changeIdentify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviors needed to change to mitigate those risks and define achievable, observable, and measurable learning objectives (skills)Collaborate with information security teams to identify areas of risk and develop targeted and roles-based information security training, education, and awareness activitiesEnsure the security awareness program meets all industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirementsDevelop a wide range of awareness content such as communications covering threats and vulnerabilities, cybersecurity awareness month, presentations, newsletters, notification releases, etc. Develop regular targeted communications to business stakeholders on various security related topicsProvide strategic consulting in all aspects related to cyber security training for organization-wide initiatives and projects - Participate in the design, development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scopeEnsure multiple learning styles are included in the course design by using various communication channelsConduct needs assessments to identify and evaluate training requirementsDevelop training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating proceduresResearch and study advancements in educational technologies and methodsRecommend and/or implement innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to security training and awareness programsContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing information security training, education, and awareness programs/activitiesDevelop metrics and reporting strategies to track the effectiveness of the programConsult and partner with corporate technical training, communications teams, business, and securityCoordinate with security teams across the organization to ensure that security education and awareness needs are satisfied for all security stakeholdersCoordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs Qualifications Your Experience
6+ years of relevant work experienceExperience developing and implementing Technical Education and Awareness programs and strategies at multiple large organizationsExperience in one or more of the following fields - IT, Application Development, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity Preferred
Strong Security Risk Management expertiseAbility to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex security and risk related issuesStrong program management experience and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to navigate diverse perspectives and promote an inclusive and collaborative environmentDemonstrated ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate that information seamlessly to non-technical employees and stakeholdersExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and senior business staff and managementOutstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment Education
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent training, education, and experience in information / cyber security, computer systems, IT, etc. or equivalent military experience required Additional Information The Team

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $175,600/yr to $284,000/yr.
