This role leads and drives sustainable and transformational change across our largest business segment around the globe. Ideal candidates will be partners with our operations sites, focused on process improvements and demonstrated improvement in metrics. Under the guidance of the Sr. Director Operational Excellence, you will advance Lean in practice, adaptation and cultural integration. What You Will Experience in this position: Drive a continuous improvement culture by involving employees in problem solving and decision making as well as recognizing them for exceptional work Drive change that brings value to our customers by being an influencer for our lean culture.
