  Position Summary

  We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager of Client Success & Operations to join our CVS Health team. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational performance of our Client Success & Operations organization. The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the PBM industry and a strong background in leading digital intake, implementations, and operations. This position requires a collaborative and communicative team member who can drive innovative solutions to challenges and lead with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive the operational performance of the Client Success & Operations Organization. Monitor and evaluate trends to ensure the organization is well-positioned to meet customer needs. Lead the CSO team in developing and implementing solutions to business and operational challenges. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and operational excellence. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of the organization's goals. Oversee the development and implementation of best practices and standards for Health Services operations. Manage the budget and resources of the Health Services organization. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure the organization is meeting its objectives. CVS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.   Required Qualifications10+ yrs digital delivery, project/portfolio management and operations preferably in PBM or healthcare industry10+ years working with digital technologies, platforms, and trends, including mobile applications, web portals, and data analytics.7+ years working in a client facing roleAble to travel up to 30% for client supportPreferred QualificationsExperience working in an Agile product organization, using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with Agile tools like Rally, JIRA or Azure DevOps.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex digital projects within an Agile framework, from concept to implementation.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams in an Agile environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the PBM or healthcare industry is a plus.Schedule flexibility, able to work nights, weekends, Holidays as business needs warrantEducation

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $115,000.00 - $230,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
