　　The Senior Manager Accounts Receivable - Cash will have oversight andresponsibility for teams performing application of cash applicationtransactions across the Uber Freight organization. This position will beresponsible for managing application of incoming cash transactions andmanagement and timely resolution of unapplied cash as well as,developing and improving processes and policies associated with the cashapplication team. Position reports to Director, Finance Operations

　　What the Candidate Will Do

　　Perform timely and accurate ad hoc, daily, weekly, monthly,quarterly and annual cash Manage and improve daily operations ofcash applications including auto applications rates, same dayapplication rates, and unapplied/unidentified cash.Develop processes and procedures for the cash applications process.Develop and implement best-in-class cash applications processes andstrategy for continued team expansionDevelop and implement process improvements with customers, banks,and business partners.Understand risk and impact to business of cash related activitiesand develop mitigation plans to minimize riskComplete ad hoc projects that require data mining and analyticalskillsHandle escalated customer issues for high risk customersHelp manages relationships with the Sales team, as well as externalcustomer relationshipsPartner with accounting team to support in reconciliation of cashbank and GL accountsBasic Qualifications

　　5+ years of experience as Cash Manager or Finance ManagerBachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration orrelated fieldPreferred Qualifications

　　2-4 Years of experience in OracleAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, Specifically Excel andPowerpointExcellent verbal and written communications skills; able to presentclean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate forintended audienceProven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability toeffectively supervise, coach, and influence employeesAbility to manage to expectation with a continuous improvement focusExperience in BillTrust or HighRadiusExperience in Transportation/LogisticsMasters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration orrelated field.#LI-TH1
