　　As Extrusion Process Technician, you play an integral role in the journey from idea to full-scale production. You receive the handoff from the Design Team, and then develop the best combination of operational settings & process parameters to manufacture the product. The next leg of the journey is your handoff to the Production Team.

　　You Will

　　Develop new and innovative extrusion molding production protocols using proprietary and cutting-edge technologies

　　Launch new procedures, including initial machine settings and process parameters

　　Conduct extrusion molding trials, then provide results and recommendations

　　Support implementation and modification of new technology upgrades to the extrusion-molding machine by providing inputs to Equipment/Machinery Development Engineers

　　Perform advanced machine troubleshooting and maintenance.

　　Maintain your technical knowledge and skills, while developing new ones

　　You Have

　　An in-depth level of mechanical knowledge, typically gained by completion of a technical education program

　　A solid working knowledge of extrusion molding fundamentals is beneficial

　　Proficiency using equipment and tools, such as measuring tools, calipers, drop test equipment, hot wire tools and trimmers

　　Applied mechanical proficiency to operate state of the art machines and program controls at an expert level

　　Analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to conduct root cause analysis

　　Superior trouble-shooting & problem solving capabilities

　　Curiosity and excitement to learn new molding technology & be an innovator
