MMC is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks while taking pride in their work. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and optimal performance of our equipment, machinery, and facilities. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance will contribute to the smooth operations of our production processes and overall facility maintenance. This hands-on role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid mechanical aptitude.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Completes minor and routine building maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, snow removal, and other related maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause and implement effective repairsRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot the problem, and take appropriate action to restore functionality in a timely mannerMaintains tools and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe mannerComplies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulationsNotifies management concerning the need for major repairs when neededPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications:

　　High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional technical certifications or trade school education preferred for a Senior TechnicianProven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environmentProficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracyPhysical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesStrong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departmentsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overtime as necessaryOther:
