Job SummaryThe Sr. Lead Aftermarket Account Executive will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing and new customers through frequent sales calls, achieving sales forecasts, supporting customers aftermarket needs, providing training, pricing negotiation, marketing campaigns, developing sales plans and strategies while strengthening the Hyundai Translead Aftermarket program in a specific region. This position will act as the primary Aftermarket contact for their assigned accounts.

　　Essential FunctionsPerform frequent sales calls to customer locationsGrow, manage, and support customer accounts by providing exceptional customer service and communicationDevelop relationships with multiple contacts throughout the organization to influence decision-makers at all levelsManage and maintain pricing strategiesExpand dealer wallet share by winning and retaining product linesNegotiate agreements and or contract pricing to drive sales growth while maintaining acceptable marginsAct as the critical Aftermarket contact for the customers accountEssential Functions (Continued)Achieve sales forecasts provided by managementDevelop and coordinate on-site product training events for customers, travel requiredHelp customers achieve their goals while achieving internal goalsFacilitate training regarding the Hyundai Translead Aftermarket program including product lines offered, drop-ship programs, marketing, promotions, website and other; travel requiredReview monthly revenue reports with management and discusses sales plan and strategy to increase market shareOther duties as assignedMinimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelors Degree or equivalent level of experience10years of outside sales experience in automotive, preferably truck or trailer industryPreferred Education and Experience RequirementsLanguage RequirementNoneTravel RequirementsUP to 50%The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
