Job Description Summary

　　The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating and lead the Greenbird Utilihive projects. Maintaining and nurturing our network of partners and customers and being able handle many projects in parallel is key to success in this role.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage, lead, and govern the Utilihive projects.

　　Be responsible for hand-over from sales team to the onboarding/project team

　　Contribute to continuous improvement of Greenbird´s project framework and process.

　　Actively chase upsell/x-cell opportunities at existing customers and partners.

　　Be an active contributor in bids, both in writing, quality assurance and presentations.

　　Skills and qualifications

　　At least 5 years’ experience as Senior Project Manager for complex IT-projects with excellent results.

　　Ability to deliver several projects in parallel with tight schedules and scope control.

　　In depth knowledge and insight into the Utility sector, AMI, Smart Cities and IoT, 5 years minimum.

　　PMI, Prince2 or likewise certification

　　Excellent understanding of utility IT-solutions and systems, Public Cloud and SaaS.

　　Fluent Norwegian/Scandinavian language]

　　Analytical and able to handle large sets of information.

　　Excellent working capacity, flexible and ability to cope with periods of high work pressure. Robust and solution oriented.

　　Independent and pro-active

　　Outgoing and customer friendly with a can-do attitude.
