Job SummaryThe Cybersecurity Analyst supports the company\'s overall cybersecurityinfrastructure and operational effectiveness through cybersecuritypreparedness, threat prediction and detection, incident response andrecovery, effective cybersecurity governance, policies, processes andguidance throughout the enterprise, and is involved in both design &engineering and operational activities. Job Responsibilities Protectsenterprise information, intellectual assets and business operations fromaccidental or intentional disruption, disclosure or destruction.Conceptualizes, designs, and/or builds secure information technology(IT) systems, with responsibility for system and/or network developmentper reference architectures, configuration standards, compliancerequirements and cybersecurity best practices. Performshighly-specialized review and evaluation of incoming cybersecurityinformation to determine its usefulness for intelligence. Manages thecollection and analysis of information from various application,endpoint and network sources to identify vulnerabilities and potentialfor exploitation. Conducts assessments of threats and vulnerabilities,and develops and/or recommends appropriate mitigation countermeasures.Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies andprocedures that affect cybersecurity operations and ensure compliancewith applicable standards and regulations (e.g. NERC CIP, SarbanesOxley). Develops cyber indicators to maintain awareness of the status ofthe operating environment. Collects, processes, analyzes, anddisseminates cyber threat/warning assessments. Identity and accessmanagement. This position is part of a job family (IT CybersecurityAnalyst/Senior IT Cybersecurity Analyst), where experience is thedetermining factor. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree incomputer science, computer engineering, software engineering,information technology, computer information systems, MIS, orengineering is preferred.
