  As an Oracle HCM Analyst, you will analyze business problems to be solved with automated HCM Systems and will act as subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional/technical work and lead business team to identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM functionality.

  Responsibilities:

  Analyze business problems to be solved with automated Oracle HCM systems

  Implements and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.

  Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control in Oracle HCM

  Enters and creates to ensure validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases.

  Designs extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenarios for Oracle HCM

  Produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff for HCM.

  Reviews user accesses and trains users on application.

  Works to support system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.

  Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.

  Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance

  Minimum Qualification

  Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

  Minimum of 5 years of experience.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM suite of products including Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Core HR

  Experience in Agile Framework a plus

  Certification in HCM Cloud Modules a plus

  Key Skills and Competencies:

  Excellent communication skills

  Experience with end user issues

  Demonstrated technical experience

  Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects

  Demonstrated experience trouble shooting

  Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications

  Experience developing new systems and tools

  Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures

  Advanced analytical skills

  Demonstrated Project Management skills

  Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

  Experience identifying and implement process improvements

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience

  2-5 years of experience

  Good Communication Skills

  Ability to understand end user issues

  Technical hands-on experience

  Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment

  Ability to trouble shoot

  Demonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applications

  Ability to develop new systems and tools

  Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures

  Demonstrated analytical skills

  Experience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

  Ability to identify and implement process improvements
