  About the Team

  The Workday Success Plans Team are all about our customers and their post Go-Live journey - we create programs to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. The team is responsible for delivering a variety of programs and services to our customers ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.

  About the Role

   

  As a Sr. Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

   

  About You

   

  Basic Qualifications

  5+ years of functional experience in HCM, or, Security, or Benefits, or Comp, or Adv. Comp systems in Workday5+ years of IT implementation experience2+ years Consulting experienceOther Qualifications

  Workday Certification, or ability to certify in, at least one of the following: HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation

  Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released

  Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers

  Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously

  Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required. Advanced degree preferred

  10% travel possible

  Workday Pay Transparency Statement

   

  The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duti s, and business need, among other things.   Primary Location: USA.MN.Minneapolis

   

  Primary Location Base Pay Range: $110,200 USD - $165,300 USD

   

  Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $104,700 USD - $188,400 USD
