　　Senior Hardware TPM

　　Ring is looking for a Senior Hardware TPM, based Taipei or Hsinchu

　　As the Seniors Hardware TPM – Ring Devices, As an Senior Hardware TPM– Ring Devices, you will lead a team that works closely with hardware architect and all hardware functional teams including EE, ME, Physical EE ,System EE, Camera, Audio, Power, Thermal, SI/PI to design the hardware platform for multiple products.

　　You need to work with both platform software and device software team to ensure the hardware design and deliverable align with product goal.

　　You also need to communicate with product manager, operations . quality and assurance teams for the plan of product development. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment.

　　Senior Hardware TPM need strong communication skills & experience in consumer/IP camera related products.

　　Very fast-moving product development cycles with needs to manage critical issues and allocate time and resources accordingly.

　　Will be heavily engaging with overseas teams on product concept, ideas, and implementation while working closely with the existing suppliers.

　　Develop key processes and design review checkpoint mechanisms that enable organized and scalable product development practices.

　　Managing and track the development and review status of critical, report and escalated to secure the development commitment

　　Will be heavily engaging with overseas teams on product concept, ideas, and implementation internally. Production with existing suppliers

　　Hire and Develop a highly effective team of talented individuals overseeing Ring’s product development activities.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Create, maintain and manage detail product development schedule.

　　Work with engineer team on the design package which are design and validated in house before transfer to CM production

　　Work alongside hardware, software and NPI QA teams to deliver products hardware on time, with quality

　　Work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to execute product development

　　Manage issue prioritization, risk analysis, mitigation plan and trade off.

　　Manage engineering design files and documents in the Product Life Management system and design revision control and build

　　Monitor the design changes and BOM, management on product cost and engineering development experiences

　　Proactively identify issue and assign to right owner to resolve the problem.

　　Effective in managing multiple tasks and priorities

　　Management the multiple projects across the same or different platforms. make sure the design consistence across platform

　　Manage certification status and coordinate with relevant cross function team.

　　A day in the life

　　The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the design of Hardware Platform and product with a balance of technical skills, Customer Obsession, and Ownership. This position will have the opportunity to interface with a globally distributed project team, including mechanical engineering, Design/ID, System, Regulatory, Compliance, Software etc

　　The candidate will need very good on the technical, resource, risk management and is able to development the team with people management skill

　　Basic Qualifications

　　7+ years of technical product or program management experience

　　7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

　　7+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience

　　3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

　　Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　8+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

　　Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
