Responsibilities:
Develop detailed financial models including projections, valuations, and investment return analyses for Verista’s internal budgeting purposes and for evaluating acquisition targets
Lead the forecasting process, collaborating with department heads and executives to gather and incorporate key data and assumptions
Direct the overall process for the bottoms-up development of the annual expense budget, resource planning analysis, and rolling forecast updates
Prepare modeling for potential M&A opportunities to assess integration and synergies, financial projections, valuation and returns, and impact to overall company. Assist in due diligence processes for potential investments; including financial, operational, and legal diligence; prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors on the company’s performance, including presentations for quarterly board meetings and adhoc presentations as needed;
Work collaboratively with Verista’s private equity partner, providing data and analyses as requested; and act as a liaison to the private equity partner, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
Serve as a sound back up to the FP&A Director to ensure business continuity.

Requirements
This position requires the following skills/job knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking experience
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel, including expert knowledge of financial modeling, pivot tables, and professional formatting standards
Advanced proficiency of Microsoft PowerPoint
Intermediate proficiency of financial statement analysis and basic corporate finance concepts
Intermediate understanding of professional services and its primary financial drivers
Applicants with a strong knowledge of DataRails reports development
Power BI knowledge is preferred.
Significant long hours to may occur periodically to meet tight deadlines
