About Sr Fixed Assets Accounting Analyst

  Responsable de controlar y registrar los movimientos de los activos fijos con la finalidad de mantener actualizados los registros y su ubicación asegurando su cumplimiento y contribuyendo al logro de objetivos, responsable de que su trabajo se realice con calidad, satisfaciendo los requerimientos específicos; Responsable de la preparación de Presupuestos y Pronósticos de Activos fijos, así como el seguimiento a la ejecución de los mismos conforme a lo planeado. Participación en Excelencia Operacional. Deberá de conocer y estar entrenado en todos aquellos documentos o regulaciones aplicables a su puesto. Dar Soporte a las Diferentes Auditorias.

  Control de activos fijos mexicanos y americanos para las plantas de Presource JuarezDeterminación apropiada de la depreciación contable de los activosMantenimiento a la recepción, recopilación de fotografías y documentación de los activos fijos, así como su identificación y ubicación para las plantas de Presource, apoyándose en los equipos locales para las plantas foraneasProporcionar, revisar información y envió de CAR para el proceso de aprobaciónSoportar el adecuado cumplimiento del procedimiento de activos fijos.Fcst de capital y seguimiento a proyectos de capital (aprobación, pagos, gastos)Capitalización y control de construcción en proceso MX y US.Disposición, transferencia o cualquier movimiento de activo fijo.Administración y control de folios de pases de salidaApoyo en actividades de cierreInvolucramiento en los Valores y Éticas de Cardinal Health.Dar soporte al cumplimiento del Sistema y Política de Calidad.Cumplir con la responsabilidad legal en virtud de reglamentaciones nacionales o federales tales como adoptar las medidas razonables de cuidado respecto de su propia seguridad, salud y bienestar, y de las demás personas que pueden verse afectadas por sus actos u omisiones en el trabajo.Seguir los procedimientos y las políticas de EHS que se establecieronAlentar a los compañeros de trabajo a seguir los procedimientos de EHSParticipar en las actividades de participación de empleados, por ejemplo, inspecciones y Subcomités de EHS.Informar peligros e incidentes de EHS, colaborar en el análisis de las causas raíz cuando corresponda, y colaborar para hallar soluciones o implementar mejoras.Completar la capacitación obligatoria en EHSAutoridades:

  Requerir el uso de Equipo de Protección Personal.Detener un trabajo si un empleado o contratista que está haciendo el trabajo puede sufrir una lesión seria o un incidente ambiental.Negarse a realizar una actividad que ponga el riesgo el equipo de trabajo o la del trabajador o la facilidad.Negarse a llevar a cabo tareas/actividades para las cuales no ha sido adiestrado o siente que su integridad está a riesgo.REQUISITOS ESENCIALES
