　　Sr Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A Analyst) REMOTE/HYBRID

　　KBR is seeking a Sr. FP&A analyst to join our team. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A supporting our Defense Systems Engineering Business Unit. This position is located at KBR’s Huntsville, AL location. Remote work option is available.

　　Job Summary:

　　Responsible for high level financial analysis for a portfolio of DOD contracts including backlog reporting, monthly variance reporting at a Division level, margin optimization, headcount analysis and indirect budget and rate monitoring and analysis. With minimal supervision and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

　　Job Duties:

　　Responsible for monthly calculation, forecasting, and analysis of Division Backlog by project. Includes preparation of monthly Corporate deliverables and variance analysis.

　　Analyze financial data and provide monthly forecast support for indirect budgets.

　　Prepare the monthly indirect dashboard.

　　Prepare annual budget for Indirect functions, utilizing trend analysis and forecasting skills.

　　Monitor indirect rates, including cost and base analysis.

　　Prepare monthly financial reports for Leadership.

　　Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed, such as margin optimization, subcontractor v DL analysis.

　　Qualifications:

　　B.A or B.S. in General Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

　　7+ years' experience in DOD financial analysis, preferably in government services

　　Experience with CostPoint, SMART View, Hyperion/Oracle EPM preferred.

　　Proficient in Excel
