  Operations Support Services Team Lead

  PRIMARY PURPOSE : To provide administrative support to the claims department.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviews scanned documents for key data.• Researches and processes electronic mail; modifies documents to correct claim and/or responsible party.• Adheres to Best Practices and follows indexing protocol.• Maintains service level agreements and meets production goals.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Supports the organization's quality program(s).

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

  • Analytical and interpretive skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
