　　Robert Half is currently recruiting a Lead Financial Analyst - Valuation and Deal Advisory for our client. The main tasks of this Lead Financial Analyst position will be driving world class strategic and financial planning methods, developing rolling forecast processes to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness, and building long-range operating plans to support business initiatives. You will play an integral role in valuation and advisory for acquisitions and their profitability. If you are looking for a pivotal role which will allow strategic input to the senior leadership of the company, this is the Senior Financial Analyst position for you! Prior experience in coordinating various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks), while providing strategic analyses and recommendations, will be crucial to the success of this role. You will ensure variance analysis of bookings, revenues and expenses, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting the outlook models to reflect operational adjustments. This permanent employment opportunity base in a northern Chicago suburb with 2x week remote. The client is Metra accessible.

　　Requirements - Very knowledgeable in financial reporting tools

　　Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA preferred

　　Strong presentation skills2+ years experience with advanced financial analysis, planning and budget controls required

　　Investment financial modeling experience

　　Dcf Valuation experience

　　Financial modeling experience

　　Strong familiarity with forecasting & modeling

　　Foundational knowledge in Valuation Modeling
