What you'll do
Create, manage and execute PR materials and programs including pressreleases, communications plans, media briefing documents, awardapplications, speaker nominations, thought leadership, pitches andtalking poinIdentify thought leadership opportunities and drive content developmentSupport and collaborate with PR, AR and Editorial team members andcross-functional marketing partners to deliver compelling results that arealigned to CSG's business objectivesInterface with PR agency and other external partners and vendors to manageproject execution and reporting of resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to measure and report timely onrelevant metricsIdentify and act on trending media opportunities to promote CSG's story;Develop media pitches and strategies to engage journalists in covering CSGnewsMonitor company and competitor media coverage and proactively inform internalpartners of trending storiesBuild and execute media outreach strategy to support key tradeshows, eventsand conferencesIdentify opportunities to promote CSG's thought leadership through editorialand bylined article opportunitiesDrive content development that can be used across all digital marketingchannels (ie: social media, SEO, SEM, etc.)Partner with digital, editorial, marketing and analyst relations teams toidentify and leverage existing content to further CSG storytelling and brandawareness in the mediaSeek and evaluate opportunities for company award submissions in a strategicfashion; Serve as primary liaison internally for award submissions toresearch, write and submit nominations on behalf of CSG, working withmultiple internal stakeholdersWork with marketing to manage call for speakers submission process and supportevents strategy with PRTravel International/domestic up to 20%

Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism and Communications, English orBusiness, or the equivalent work experience in a related field5-8 years of PR and/or corporate communications experience in a B2Bcorporate or agency environment; technology experience preferredImpeccable writing, editing and storytelling skills combined with a creativemind that seeks innovative ways to connect stories with various audiencesAbility to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive communication,messages and storiesBe a role model and leader to maintain a great team culture, support anddevelop your team, enhance processes, effectively steward resources anddeliver seamless collaboration across teamsStrong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness and ingenuity to maximizethe use of available information and resources and make intelligent,informed decisionsProven track record of success in PR and experience with media managementplatforms, technology and reporting
