STGi is seeking a Floor Technician to provide services to our Georgia War Veterans Home.

　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　Maintain or restore floors in highly trafficked areas.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　Clean, maintain, and/or restore floor surfaces.

　　Sanitize highly-trafficked spaces which may contain biohazardous waste.

　　Even the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool.

　　Utilize industrial or commercial grade cleaning products or equipment.

　　Required Skills

　　Works in all areas of the facility.

　　Moves intermittently during working hours.

　　Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel and visitors.

　　Communicates with maintenance personnel and other facility personnel.

　　Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holiday when necessary as well as in other positions as needed.

　　May be subject to the handling of and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
