　　The Sr. Financial Analyst (GSC Planning & Optimization) is responsible for supporting the Operations Finance Director – GSC Planning & Optimization. In this role the candidate will support FP&A processes such as Annual Operating Plan, Budgeting & Forecasts, Month-End Close, Reporting & Analysis, and Help Lead the Digital Transformation of GSC FP&A. This role offers significant exposure across the organization and to the senior leadership team. The candidate must have the ability to educate and support. This role is not only a data supply role, but a true working partnership role to drive business decisions & transform the business. You'll get to:

　　Support Month End, Quarterly Forecasts, Operating Plan & Annual Strategic Plan Processes, Variance Analysis

　　Support Reporting Suite Update & Consolidation For GSC Program

　　Lead Analytics & Digital Transformation For GSC Reporting & Forecasting

　　Lead Planning, Reporting & Analysis Of Corporate GSC Department Budgets

　　Perform other ad hoc assignments

　　The Person:

　　Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance

　　Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A and/or Operations Finance in multinational companies

　　Operations finance experience in a dynamic, large company environment (manufacturing environment with multiple locations and distribution centers)

　　Proficiency in Data Analytics Tools Such As Alteryx & Power BI

　　Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase

　　Prior experience with reporting from a large ERP system
