  Job Overview

  Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for its Coffee Manufacturing operation. This position requires a financial leader, who will partner with Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Large Data Interpretation/Modeling Support:

  Support regional finance managers with consolidated financial models using BI tools

  Perform AD HOC projects and analysis derived from varying data sets

  Lead financial process improvement regarding information and model management

  Actively manage the interpretation and reporting of multiple operation KPIs

  Decision Support:

  Understand nuances of operations and collaborate with key partners to improve business results

  Prepare & distribute relevant analysis and reports, participate in decision making process

  Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:

  Perform budgeting and forecasting activities

  Compile weekly/monthly projection and present in real time actionable format

  Provide financial analysis and support for operational finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goals

  Administrative Activities/Career Development:

  Participate in function or career development training

  Develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

  Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles

  Requirements

  BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience

  Financial acumen, experience with problem solving with analytical thinking

  2+ years’ experience, prefer experience performing manufacturing analysis

  Manufacturing and plant experience a plus

  SAP, PowerPoint, Access experience, advanced Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Ifs, Sum ifs, Index, Match, VBA experience a plus)

  BI experience a plus (Planning Analytics, MicroStrategy, SAP BW, etc.)
