Description

　　We are looking for a senior finance analyst who wants to have a complex job, and help us structure our rapidly growing company. We are encouraged and driven to improve processes and look for better solutions every day.

　　Key job responsibilities:

　　Act as the single point of contact between vendors and Amazon on EU level;

　　Support the most complex escalations impacting multiple EU orgs;

　　Fix issues in cooperation with EU Amazon Suppliers in order to facilitate on-time payments;

　　Be a center point of contact for Suppliers for all their Finance queries;

　　Dive deep into the daily queries and resolve them in a timely fashion;

　　Cooperate with various internal departments in EU and finance teams in order to ensure timely and accurate payments;

　　Consolidate findings from different EU orgs, providing a global and detailed picture of the situation and finding optimal solutions for both vendors and Amazon;

　　Communicate with and influence senior stakeholders (Category Leaders, Senior business partners, Tax, etc.) from different departments, rapidly escalating issues to resolve vendor attrition in a timely manner while always insisting on the high standards

　　Implement process improvements to solve vendors operating issues and to solve general transactional issues;

　　Identify the defects at vendor level and react by producing long-terms solutions that enhance Amazon processes and defects reduction at a region/country level.

　　Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2,300 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. There will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Fluent English + French/Spanish/Italian

　　Excellent communication and analytical skills

　　Positive attitude towards issue resolution

　　Good MS Office skills

　　Finance background or previous experience with finance

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　SQL and Business Intelligence tools

　　Combination of Fluent English + French is preferred
