JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analystprofessional to be responsible for thepreparation of the Company\'sfilings with the SEC and operation of key financial reporting processesensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. Reporting to FinanceManager, this senior financial analyst will be a key member of team tosupport development of best in-class financial reporting. This role willhave visibility and work closely with internal and external partners toensure timely and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Preparationof all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.), including consolidatedfinancial statements, footnotes, management\'s discussion and analysis.Provide support and information to external auditors as necessary.Assist in the implementation of accounting directives as developed bymanagers to update policies and procedures across business lines whichwill provide long-term benefits for the Company. Coordinate theoperation of internal reporting process to meet business requirementsand periodic compilation of reports. Including coordination acrossbusiness units including foreign locations. Perform lease accountingfunction including preparation of lease classification analyses, reviewof lease reconciliations, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of datawithin Visual Lease. Own the Visual Lease reporting function. Preparequarterly GAAP disclosure and SEC checklists. Assist in special projectsincluding: Implementation of new accounting standards and reportingregulations Purchase Accounting and related disclosures Complete ALLrequired BEA forms and upload to BEA website PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting required CPArequired 3+ years of relevant accounting experience Large publicaccounting experience strongly preferred Solid understanding andexperience applying U.S. GAAP Demonstrated ability to develop andimprove systems and processes Experience working in Workiva a plusExperience working in an ERP or accounting consolidation system a plusPrior experience in manufacturing industry a plus Skills/qualitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills High energy, passionateindividual who is focused on continuous improvement Curious mindset anddesire to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders topragmatically resolve issues and questions Attention to detail andaccuracy of work product High integrity and personal standards forquality of work Effective problem solver and motivator Motivated by andthrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent ad hoc requests andchanging priorities Ability to grow with the company Benefits Medical,Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage Spending accounts (HSA,Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA) Paid Time Off...
