Sr Engr Cslt-Full Stack needed by Verizon in Basking Ridge, NJ (hybrid role, may work from home): Responsible for architecting, designing and developing multi-tier applications and enhancements and implementing system solutions with focus on scalability, availability, operational stability and performance to fulfill business requirements. Lead and evaluate new technologies and provide technical roadmap. Coach/Mentor other developers in the team. Promote technical training opportunities. Develop Web application front end interface using ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and applicable web technologies. Implement the backend logic using JAVA, Spring frameworks, and build microservices for the middleware layer. Efficiently work in Spring MV, Spring Boot, Hibernate framework. Set the Architecture for the Microservice migration. Efficiently work with the SQL Databases. Work with cross functional teams to implement projects and coordinate the development activities with guidelines of Agile methodologies. Proactively identify and eliminate roadblocks. Responsible for requirement gathering analysis, and provide the inputs for the team in building the product. Monitor the logs and perform builds utilizing the kibana and jenkins. Maintain the scope of the work limited to the agreed sprint using JIRA and make sure additional efforts are being tracked. Evaluate options for meeting user needs and ensuring that systems requirements are identified, prioritized and incorporated in an effective, efficient manner. Perform technical evaluation of applications and identify the repetitive process that could be automated (RPA) for better AHT and responsible to create, review and lead the bot development in UiPath. Perform end to end validations before moving the application and enhancements and bot to live.REQUIRES Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Web Designer, Software Engineer, Quality Analyst, Full Stack Java Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years performing each of the following skills:•Develop backend services using technologies like JAVA, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate;•Build web pages using React, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery;•Work with SQL database, performing operations on the sql tables (My SQL);•Develop Bots in UIPath;•Work with tools like Kibana, Jenkins, Grafana, GIT, and Jira; and •Agile software development practices using scrum.
